Shalonda Spencer Bryan is the founder of Next Step Care LLC. Her genuine care for helping others is in the center of all she does. After working for years with families and individuals that needed a little extra help at home, Shalonda knew how much the power of caring and consistency can make a difference in someone’s life. She believes in excellent care. It is more than tasks. It is kindness, connection and helping people feel safe and valued.
